Was there any update on this?
I got a PCN for this restriction on 2nd Jan 26 at 7:30am but coming from the other way i.e turning right into this same road.
Despite me being in the 14 day discount period (runs until the 3rd Feb) the Royal Borough of Greenwich website says the full price is currently outstanding...
