Good day allThis relates to a PCN I received for parking in the car park for this swimming pool, whilst using their facilities.The car park offers 2 hours free parking, and to qualify for this you must register your vehicle via the paybyphone app. On this particular day I had forgotten to do so.I have spoken with the staff at the leisure centre, they have informed me they cannot help as they have no authority to intervene.Any advice on how I might navigate this? I have a record of attendance for a swimming lesson on that day, but no evidence of me registering my vehicle (as I did not!)PCN below
