Hi everyone, I’m not local to the area (I’m in Nottinghamshire).
I visited the Great Hall on 20th December and got a PCN for a very confusing no motorised vehicle sign between Adelaide Road E10 / York Road E10A.

1. I entered to park around to look for parking but was met with confusing signs. The road used to be NO ENTRY straight ahead (only right or left turn) as at August 2025 images on Google Street View

2. The no motorised vehicle signs together with ROAD CLOSED signs have been introduced with double yellow markings on the road as seen in the CCTV footage however, the old bidirectional arrows for right and left turn are still visible on the ground making the No motorised vehicle sign difficult to understand where it applied to.

3. I turned right to look for parking but couldn’t get one so did a turn on the left side of the CCTV and was about to go look else where when I saw a space on the right side of the camera so I reversed into it (which was captured by the CCTV) as the contravention.

4. Can anyone be kind enough to send CURRENT images of entrance to the junction, the signs on entrances of the restriction area (especially the directional sign on the ground) and how possible I can appeal this? Thanks in advance.
