Hi All.First time poster so bear with me.As the registered keeper of the vehicle in question, I have received a letter before claim from Gladstones for a pcn dated 01/02/2023, of which I have no prior knowledge of any previous correspondenceUpon requesting the original PCN (which is from National Parking Enforcement Ltd), it seems the driver was stopped on an unrestricted zone for 5 minutes and 34 seconds.After viewing the pictured on the correspondence, I couldn't see the road the driver was parked on as it is just the vehicle photo but when I was sent another photo, the number plate of the vehicle is very blurred.As the registered keeper, I genuinely have not received any previous correspondence regarding this so not sure what to do here?Any advice is greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
