#3 Hackney, Code 52m Prohibition of Motor Vehicles, Weymouth Terrace/Dunloe Street
on 24 Oct, 2025 20:30 in Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on)
I was driving on Dunloe Street and crossed over Weymouth Terrace, which now has a traffic filter so cars are not allowed. The issue is it's not a straight cross over so I turned a bit onto Weymouth terrace to continue on Dunloe Street, as you can see in the video attached. I noticed the sign but figured I wasn't going on that road as I was just trying to cross over to get to the school, probably should have known better especially as it's Hackney. I also saw two cars coming from the other side of Dunloe Street to my side so thought it was fine to cross over. Any suggestions for what I can do? I have the photos/videos and PCN attached in the drive folder:I have also shown on google maps the restricted road (with a red line) and the road I was driving on with a blue arrow.Let me know if any further info is required, any help is much appreciated.
