Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Yellow Box Charge - TFL

I have a company car which is leased, the leasing company pay the fine to stop it increasing, then allowed me to challenge it. I challenged it via the TLF PCN portal 6 months ago and it still says under review. I can't speak to anyone to review this? what can i do?
