Have steered clear of Khanistan as my car was non complient.My new one is and venturing twice into the badlands has not created a problem. i intend to put an earlier plate on it xxx1m. and will not venture in until i get the amended V5...would this create problems as it has been sorned for several years

I feel in an impish mood
Now being the owner of a compliant vehicle, and also going gto put a retained number on it which has an M suffix. I will not enter the ULEZ until i get the V5 back
No doubt TfL will say it is non compliant, i shall of course reply that it is ,according to the DVLA, ignore my protests and send the heavies around
IIRC, if, and when they do arrive on my doorstepn i can just tell them that the debt is denied and to refer back to their principal?

Parked there yesterday and the passenger usually pays the fee..only they forgot!! What is the cheapest way out, without a long involved letter correspondence?

Run By Saba and the charges have doubled recently for weekend parking!!

I live in Bracknell and before ULEZ started.. i got a letter From Tfl telling me my vehicle was non compliant.. I binned it, but later wondered why my reg was on his records prior to 29 August..

There has been a lot of misguided information about how to deal with these fines issued. However are Tfl excempt form the London Tribunals as several posters are getting letters from Debt collecting agencies threatening clamping and  claiming hundreds of pounds. Surley this is not allowed
On another post, the quote 'Khans rent-a-thugs'  are now not guarding the Ulez vans as the myriad of complaints to SIA about  them not havinh visible badges has finally gfot through... although the foil hat brigage were of the opinion that these were non licenced oiks  employed by TfL

Any thoughts

Perhaps i am being flippant, but their assumption that their letter is 'substantially compliant' is rather akin to saying a woman is slightly pregnant..  either she is or she isn't , and likewise so is their letter.
They also claim that tribunals have agreed with this, it would appear they have not looked at the rejections we posted

CP  did they look at them?

Apart from this, is it worth  putting DD reasoning on the dates being incorrect?

I am not not great of putting into words a fluent case for the Tribunal. Are there any templates that might be available

Notice of rejection received today. Will post up  this weekend when i see her next
