Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Westminster, code 12 parked in residents' bay, Park street

Hello!
Parked in residents' bay. No excuse, thought it was fine on a Sunday.
I've read through this and see the demand for payment on the reps page so I'm thinking to let it go to tribunal and appeal on that basis?
I haven't made any appeals yet.

I can't find the original pcn at the moment but did note the number.
