Hi everyone,

The car that is registered in my name got a parking fine at Lidl Norwood, it saw its spare time limit from one hour to one hour and nine minutes
How should I say it in the appeals?
I was shopping in that brand on the same day,

Hi there, new to the forum and need some advice on a ticket received in May.
I visited Stanstead airport for a pick up, was there for a brief period, there were no barriers to alert me to an access issue so drove away. Later received a PCN through the post which I appealed on the basis that I wasn't aware that I had to pay on site (I believed an invoice would be sent via post?). The appeal has been rejected as the link shows below and I have been issues a POPLA number.

Is there any way to challenge this?

Any advice appreciated.
