Thanks Andy,

I have just tried to access the offence via www.surreypas.co.uk (It was on the letter) and it is saying no record found.

I will try and call them tomorrow as I understand their lines are closed at the moment

Might also get that Lottery ticket...

Hiya,

I've moved a lot in the last few years due to personal issues but I have always kept my Driving licence address updated. I never knew the logbook had to be done too. (I will be doing it shortly after I post this)

My brother is currently living at one of my old addresses and today he hands me post from over a year ago he never passed onto me (I visit very rarely), inside the small pile is NIP from Surrey Police dated March 2024.

The date of offence and letter are within 4 days of each other

I have checked gov.uk for any penalty points, but there is nothing there.

To confirm, I am the registered owner and the offence location was somewhere I was passing going to work at the time, so I cant say it wasn't me.

This letter is dated over a year ago and it appears nothing has happened, can I ignore it? Should I still get in contact? This seems to be the only letter received.
