Thank you for your help and guidance.On safe side i have paid because today 14th day of notice.But i will complaint to the police as soon as possible regarding number plate.

I have already attached my vehicle picture along with it that is red.

Dear All I have received a penalty for 52m in arear of kensington oval. I have never driven there before. My vehicle is red with a deliver box attached and a L plate as i only have a learners license. It seems from the video and pictures the vehicle is not mine which is rightly so not mine i have uploafed pictures of my vehicle. I am not sure how someone has the same number plate as me therefore i will like to file an appeal. Pls can someone help me understand if this has happened with anyone before and how i should respond to this.Looking forward to you prompt response.
