#2 Unclear Parking Bay Causing Repeated Fines

I received a PCN at Holly Road Car Park (27 Jan 2025) for allegedly parking outside bay markings. The space is bordered by a white line and a hatched area, with no signage — it looks like a valid bay. It’s actually just a narrow, leftover strip where cycle racks and disabled bays were added, but it hasn’t been properly marked out.I’ve seen at least 5 others fined here recently, and even a Civil Enforcement Officer called it a “popular” spot for tickets. The Council hasn’t replied to my formal complaint.If anyone has legal expertise in unfair enforcement or parking law, I’d appreciate guidance. Happy to share evidence.
