Just to update you. 

I’ve recd two further letters from DCBL.  As advised, I’ve ignored them.  I will keep you updated as clearly for now, this is no going away.

Thank you for updating me.

So shall I just ignore this and all future correspondence from DCBL in the hope that eventually go away.  They wont appoint bailiffs or the likes will they. ?

I’ll also take your advice over the CEO of Iceland and all.

Hi there,

I can confirm that the V5 is correct, but that Royal Mail in my area is an absolute joke - that said, it still doesn't explain why this is the first I’ve heard from them.

I used google maps to calculate my departure time, so I was 13 mins over the time paid for.

Afternoon all,

Can you please help with the below -

On April 2nd I received my only correspondence from DCBL, namely a final reminder of 170.00£.  I have never had any other letters from them until now.  I did park in the car park in question, and paid for 1 hour, but upon my return I went in store to purchase two items, taking me over my time limit of some 13mins or so.  Upon receipt I have addressed this with Iceland who fobbed me off.  I have not made any contact with DCBL. 

What advice do you have for me please. ?
