Hi b789.Thank you for updating me.So shall I just ignore this and all future correspondence from DCBL in the hope that eventually go away.  They wont appoint bailiffs or the likes will they. ?I’ll also take your advice over the CEO of Iceland and all.Thanks again.TBF..

Hi there,I can confirm that the V5 is correct, but that Royal Mail in my area is an absolute joke - that said, it still doesn't explain why this is the first I’ve heard from them. I used google maps to calculate my departure time, so I was 13 mins over the time paid for.Thanks

Afternoon all,Can you please help with the below - On April 2nd I received my only correspondence from DCBL, namely a final reminder of 170.00£.  I have never had any other letters from them until now.  I did park in the car park in question, and paid for 1 hour, but upon my return I went in store to purchase two items, taking me over my time limit of some 13mins or so.  Upon receipt I have addressed this with Iceland who fobbed me off.  I have not made any contact with DCBL.  What advice do you have for me please. ?
