My 2 children both go to the same school (one in nursery, one in year 1). Besides, my mum went along with us too. All of us left the car and take the children to school, then my mum and I go back to the car afterward and at that time the pcn is issued. My mum does not understand English and she is not familiar with the classroom location in the school as she just come to the UK from another country a few weeks ago, so I must go together with them.

However, will it make the case worse given the fact that I was parked around a bend?

Thank you for the reply.

The school is just opposite from where I parked. At that time we are a bit late, the legal parked space around is full already, we have no other choice but park around the bend.

After I come out from school (I believe its just few minutes), other cars are already left and I saw the CEO was just creating the PCN when I back. He told me he observed 2 min for my illegal parking so had to give me the PCN. Then I take it directly and back to the car.

May I know if there is any winning case record for this situation? Thank you!

Hi all, I would like to ask if there is any chance for appeal for my PCN.

This morning I took my 2 children to school (5 and 3 years old). I parked near the bend on the double yellow line for just few minutes. When I was back I got the PCN and the CEO stated that they have only observed for 2 minutes (0849 to 0851). The CEO has given the PCN directly to me.

Is there any chance for me to appeal or should I pay directly? Thank you all.

I have received the cctv video as below:

The PCN letter stated that the contravention time was 15:42. However, from the cctv, the cars in front are actually moving since 15:42:00, and my car stopped for only 2 seconds from 15:42:00 to 15:42:02, can I use this as argument? Thanks all for the advice!

Hi all, I have received a PCN for entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited.
 However, the first photo showing my car stopping in a box junction only showed the first 5 digits of my car plate number and the last 2 digits are blocked. The second photo has shown my full number plate but it is not showing my car stopping in a box junction.

In this case, given the photo cannot show my full car registered number stopping in a box junction, can I argue that there is not sufficient evidence to prove that the car stopping in the box junction is in fact my car?
