Hello,
Yes I responded to each PCN separately within their 14 day timeftame. But still showing on Brent website and no reply from Brent saying what's happening regarding my appeal, just that they have received it. Thank you.

Hello,

I received PCN BT24226230 reg: lm63cnc
On 29/01/25 for date 22/01/25.

I appealed using the Brent website within 14 days and also submitted further medical evidence via email. I received confirmation that Brent Council had received my appeal however to date it is still showing on the website as £65 outstanding with no response.

On 14/03/25 for 20/03/25  I received the same pcn again: bt2487988a reg:lm63 cnc but this time was my ederly parents attending a hospital appt. With medical issues caught out the same way as its a four way crossing and the sign is a cross the traffic lights your waiting at on the end of a yellow box. As it's such a busy junction you don't have time to stop and read the sign. Also the street travelling down is salmon street and not Kingsbury road. There's a lane next to the lane I travelled down and this the sign could be misleading for Kingsbury Rd. There are no prior warning signs to this sign therefore once you are driving you are focused on entering the width restriction barriers that come up next. My parents also have medical issues and Dry eyes.

Please advice as I have not appealed the latest PCN as yet.

Many thanks in advance.

Please see attached.

Kind regards.
