Hello, I hired a moving company a month ago to move me from one apartment to another, the service was fine, no complaints, but no a month later they're asking me to pay a 100 pound PCN that came in through the mail. There was no formal contract or agreement signed, it was simply agreed upon via email and paid via sort code. He's threatening me with legal action despite my almost certainty that I am not liable for this ticket. He also says it will affect my credit, which is not possible considering it isn't my vehicle, and I didn't instruct him to park illegally. Screenshots attached.
