How do I appeal to the tribunal if I do not have any document from TFL.

Hello,Parked in the red route box with a blue badge, and thought i was within operating hours, when i got out of my vehicle i noticed that it was only till 1PM, by then my daughter entered a shop, so i entered the shop to tell her i need to move and went back to my vehicle to move away.I explained this to TFL by way of an appeal and checking online it got rejected, I did not receive any communication by post nor an option to appeal to the adjudicator.I called them twice and no luck, i asked and I was not given an email how to contact them.Can anyone please advice or give some recomendation how to proceed.

Thank you for your response,Yes the sign I posted a picture of is the current sign.I would like to submit now my appeal to London Tribunal whith very basic information.As follows1) The contrevantion did not occur as I was parked outside of the restricted hours as is evidenced from sign picture attched.2) As per panel decision Commercial Plant Services Ltd and others v Transport for LondonDate:25 May 2023Case no:2230060716 + OthersSubject:CCTVTFL is not allowed to issue a PCN by CCTV.Do I need to add anything else?I am very Thankfull to all your help. -

I do not have a copy, I logged in online explained I was parked after the restricted hours, and attached the picture of the sign. -

Dear All,I parked in a red route Loading box with restrictions between 7am - 7pm I parked at 20:26 as shown on the PCN.I emailed TFL with a picture of the sign and my represantion was rejected.Google street view(Signage on street view is not upto date)https://goo.gl/maps/AMzmLFXd39DkiAZ7AImages from the ticket and rejection notice
