Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Haringey PCN for parking without a permit, but signs were very far away

Hi everyone
I received a PCN from Haringey for parking without a permit, but while parking I did not see any sign, and afterwards when seeing the ticket on my car I realized that there was a sign very far away.
And on the evidence images there is also no picture of the sign in my cars vicinity.
