Hi all, other half didn't notice the suspended bay that had been put in place for water works whilst parking late at night. Got a PCN the next morning at 07:50. When checked the street light the suspension is attached to is non-functioning as shown in the images. There is a very faint glow from it, and not a lot of other light. Is this a valid way to approach the appeal?
She has a valid permit for the permitted bay, and all permit parking signage is still visible and not obscured by the parking suspension signage.
I would appreciate any advice on how to approach this appeal
