Speeding and other criminal offences / SPEEDING LETTER RECEIVED - 66 in 40 smart motorway

Summoned to court for speeding
Please be kind, just looking for advice on what I can expect due to the speeding.
I was caught by camera doing 66 on a smart motorway 4 in the morning, whilst the speed was changed to 40. I genuinely didn’t realise the speed had changed, as it went from 60 - 40 very quickly.
I’ve been driving for 13 years, not had a single offence previously no points, absolutely nothing.
I’m not going to argue the case, as fundamentally I was speeding, but I just want to know what I can expect whilst in court and how I would need to prepare as I don’t know anyone whose been in this situation before.
Anyone know the banding for this? What can I expect in terms of points / fines / bans?
I’ve already submitted to state it was me driving the car, but just received the letter to state if I wish to plead guilty or not guilty.
How much does having points affect your insurance premium?
