Private parking tickets / UKPC - Disabled space

Hi group
Just received a NTK from UKPC with a charge for parking in a disabled space at a local retail car park.
I was there for all of 7 minutes whilst collecting a click and collect order.
What is the process for fighting this please?
I don't want to ignore it, but neither do I want to pay for it.
