Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Re: PCN Hammersith London Rivercourt Rd

I was lucky enough to receive 2 PCN’s for Rivercourt Road today - a road I have used twice a week for the last 6/7 years and totally unaware that I cannot use that road any longer - chances of getting any leniency from H&F councils?
