#1 52M Notice received after 18 days
on 16 Dec, 2024 20:57 in Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on)
Annoyingly I have been caught out by H&F’s sneaky road restrictions.The contravention occurred on the 28th of Nov 7.30pm.PNC date of notice was issued on the 12th of Dec, I received it today. Thats 19 days after the event.It also seems they issued the PCN on the 15th day.Am I correct in thinking I should be informed within 14 days, and at least the PNC should have been issued within 14 days. Any advice would be appreciated.
