Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Stopped in Box junction and unablet to reverse because car behind too close

Hi all, recently got a PCN for stopping in a box junction. The driver was not able to reverse back out of the box junction because the car behind was too close. Is this a good enough reason for appeal or is that likely to be thrown out?
