I parked on double yellow lines and displayed my Blue Badge! There was also lines on the pavement although there wasn't any black and white sign displayed anywhere! Parking warden issued a ticket although previous parking wardens haven't one even told me he couldn't issue a ticket due to the missing sign! I appealed the PCN and it was rejected. I'm now doing the 2nd appeal to the adjudicator and waiting for their decision!Ticket issued by London Borough of Hounslow [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
