If I appeal to the Adjudicator my grounds would be
- I was turning right at the traffic lights ahead if this yellow box junction
- I was stationary for about 3-4 seconds
- only my rear wheels were in the box.

Is there anything else I should add?
I have read somewhere that someone argued that they could have reversed but chose not to… I could have done this but I don’t want to ridicule the appeal or wind the adjudicator up…

I don't seem to have a copy of my representations. If I manage to find this, I'll attach but I submitted it online and there does not seem to be a way for me to retrieve it. I appealed to the Council on the grounds that the PCN stated I have to appeal or pay within 28 days of the notice and not the service of the notice - this in effect reduces the time I am entitled to appeal/pay. I also asked about a camera enforcement sign being present.

I would appreciate some help on this one. I have the option to pay reduced amount until about 15th Nov but thinking of appealing to the Adjudicator.

Yellow box junction 31j PCN issued by Bromley Council.

Contravention occurred on 30/08/24 - received on the post and dated 4th September 24.
I appealed on 17/09/24 on the basis that the PCN stated make payment/appeal before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date of the notice. I was under the impression that it should be 28 days beginning with the date the notice is served. Also made an inquiry about a camera sign being displayed. My appeal was rejected on 31 Oct 24- see attached.

Anyone can find anything wrong with the wording of the PCN or the Rejection notice or technicality?

I halted for about 4 seconds with the rear wheels on the hatched area - wondering if junction is longer than it should be…? I was waiting to turn right at the junction ahead of the one where the video was captured. I stopped when the light was red then started moving forward into the junction when lights ahead turned green. Thank you.
