As the registered keeper of the vehicle in question I have just received a PCN for an apparent contravention of being parked on or within a no parking area. The images provided are 2 seconds apart. The vehicle was not left unattended nor was it left parked in the location shown in the photos.https://imgur.com/a/NNWqz82What would the best approach be when appealing this utter nonsense of a notice?
