« on: May 30, 2026, 11:37:30 pm »Hi all I was hoping for some help so I have only recently just had my mail redirected and I havent updated my car logbooks adress yet either I have just started to receive mail from my new redirection and notice I have picked up a fine for entering a road which your not meant to enter unless you book in on a app or you are a resident or the area (hammersmith and fulham) I have drove through this road maybe 20 times or more totally unaware and now gather there is going be 20 or more fines is there anything i can do? Or best way to solve this im aware I should of redirected my mail sooner and also updated my logbook but unfortunately I didn't and I can't see how I'm going pay probaly over 20 fines at 240 a time for a genuine mistake I had jo idea about looking back on the road now I can see there is signs I just wasn't aware of my surroundings and never saw them will I be held accountable for the over 20 times or will there be some humanity shown?

Another issue I have seen is I cannot access the ticket details via Redbridge which includes the photographic evidence.
If you go to the payment page for the PCN the details are in there.

Do you know if I hadn't paid, would I have a case to challenge it?

Did the driver get a photo of the sign, the PCN evidence doesn't show this?
That looks to be a different white van to the one shown in the council's photos, also the cones are missing.

How about that yellow sign which mentioned drop off point with an arrow pointing towards the direction of the bus stop? That can be confusing, no?
The Drop-Off signage continues beyond the bus stop and takes you further down the road and left at the roundabout, eventually leading into a buses only area, so not sure how that would work.....

The PCN has the location as Orsett Road, so I would say this is a fatal error if it's wrong.

Just a minor point but worth correcting in your draft text, I think that you may have missed the word 'delivering':
"On the day of the PCN I was actually delivering the food packages"
