Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Lambeth London Code 62 Clapham Common North Side

Hi all.
My first time posting on this site. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong.
This morning, I received a PCN for Code 62:

These are the photos of my car before I moved:

My right-hand side wheels were indeed partly over the footpath. I have been parking here on Sunday morning for nearly two years.
Can anyone tell me if I can appeal? I wasn't aware of this contravention code before, but now I am.
