They are powerless to actually do anything except to try and make the low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree pay up out of ignorance and fear. Never, ever communicate with a peerless debt collector.
If/when you receive a Letter of Claim (LoC), which will give you 30 days to pay, not 14, then show it to us and we will provide a suitable response. Likewise, if/when you receive an N1SDT Claim Form from the CNBC, we will provide a suitable defence.
In the meantime you an safely ignore everything else.
Hi I have just revieced a letter from a solicitor reaching out on behalf of their cilent horzon parking telling me to pay within 14 days, i assume i still ignore this letter? It doesnt say letter of claim or N1SDT on it.
