I received a PCN from Transport for London (TFL) today, and I’m seeking advice on how to proceed. The details are as follows:
The alleged contravention is for driving in a bus lane on 26/07/2024, and while I don’t deny being on that stretch of road, I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth contesting this or if I should just pay the reduced amount to avoid the risk of being liable for the full fine.
So far I followed this thread as the circumstances and PCN received are exactly the same:
