Hello
I'm seeking advice here what to do about a Notice of enforcement from Cder Group on behalf Birmingham City Council that I received today.

This has happened last May but I did not receive any notice up until today because I didn't update my address with DVLA after moving house. (I know I should've done it)
It happened at Arena Birmingham South Car Park, I might have turned left to the bus lane after leaving the car park. I don't remember as it happened a long time ago so I have to take the Council's word for it.
