Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Enfield Council - 38L Failing to comply with specificed side of sign PCN - Connaught Gardens

Hi Forum, first time poster, hope I can get some help
Enfield Council issued me a PCN and I am within appeal time currently.
It says 38L and I did not follow signage indicating I must go a specific direction.
I have travelled this route before and previously there was a barrier (as seen in google maps link). This has been removed and replaced with a no motor vehicles sign (I think, it's not clear from the video and I'm not close enough to go and check in person). I drove through this lane rather than the narrower width restricted lane where the arrow was pointing.

(Background: There is a T-Junction on Connaught Road, turning onto it there is signage indicating the road is only for vehicles max 2.3m/7’6”; mine is 2.4m/8”. I crossed the white dotted line in the road to the middle to go along the road.)
