Private parking tickets / Gladstones Debt Collection £££

Hi Guys,
Bear with me, I am new to this forum. This morning I received a text message from GLADSTONES saying further to our letter, I need to pay £160. However, I have not received any letters this week so far or any this morning so I am confused what the fine is for. I can only think of my recent appeal for a PCN, which was rejected on the 23rd of June but I have 28 days to pay the fee from that date. Therefore, I have reached out to the parking authority asking if it was them, who escalated the fine and if so why?, as it has only been 10 days since I was notified the appeal was rejected.
Can someone advice me on how to proceed. Do I call Gladstones after the parking authority responds to me or should I wait for a letter in the post from them? I just want this to be sorted as I don't want any unnecessary problems
