Hello Everyone, hope someone pls help.

Yes entered a yellow box junction however kept moving within the box except for a few seconds in between.
Yes it was an error of judgement and a lack of concentration for the car ahead which had an L plate, and not being extra careful in that situation.
The road leads to two lanes, one for turning right and I was going to the right lane however the L car stopped.
Is there any defence for this? Any way this can be appealed?
Fromm the video it can be seen that the car kept moving even very slightly albeit a few momentary pause.

The driver went to the retail park with family, did monthly shopping at different stores and then ate dinner at Nando's within the retail park. Total time stayed 3 hours 48 mins. It never occurred that a retail park with variety of stores might have a time restrictions on the site. Parking is free however total limit is 3 hrs max.
Given the variety of stores and restaurant, it is not unconceivable that someone might stay there more than three hours, and it was in the evening.

Unfortunately only the restaurant cash receipt can be accessed via loyalty programme to prove that driver just didnt park the vehicle there and went somewhere else.
The cash receipts from other stores had been thrown away and no proof is there to substantiate the time stayed.

Is there any way this can be appealed?

This parking notice seems genuinely unfair and extortionate.

I have received a reply from Southwark on this after more than a month.

The email reply has been received today 29/7/2024.

When I log into their site to view the status of the PCN, it says they replied to my representation on 25/7/24.

In the actual rejection letter says (pls see attachments) Rejection Date as 26/7/24.

I do not know if these discrepancies in date means anything or not, the representation has been rejected anyway.

It says I have 14 days to pay the fine now after which time it will increase.

I am not sure from which date the 14 days will be counted from!

Appreciate if anyone kindly let me know what are my options now?

Reading the replies I thought there is no grounds for appeal!
Pls let me what technical grounds I need to adopt/explore to appeal, off course don’t want my hard earned money to be wasted like this!

Hello All, Received two PCNs from Southwark council for running through an apparent NO Entry sign for motor vehicles on the same place one week apart.
The NO Entry sign has timed restriction and by looking at the sign it was perceived that entry was not within the timed restrictions.
However I am still in confusion why the ticket has been issued because it seems that entry was outside the restricted time unless I am reading it all wrong!!

Can anyone kindly help if there are any grounds for appeal? Much appreciate all the help, thanks.

and entry was at midnight!!
