Received a PCN for stopping in a loading bay. Had my child in the back and she has chronic abdominal issues so had to get her to the toilet pronto.

Had a Notice to Owner - and did the informal appeal. Just got a rejection.

I am now trying to see if can go to the London Tribunals. Are there any other things I can use for my appeal?

My vehicle was parked on a parking bay, but the parking bay information was defaced.

Please click the Dropbox link to see the PCN and also photos of the defaced sign and where the vehicle was parked.

I did not manage to see the number on the pole as previous posters of a similar nature have done.

Received this PCN for a prohibited right turn in Mile End area. Bancroft Road to be exact.

Any advice please for appealing this?

I came from Sebert Road directly from Woodgrange Road.

Are there any grounds to appeal from the fact that the sign does have a lot of information on it?

hello there,

Unfortunately, I accidentally drove through a Safer Streets area near Woodgrange Primary School. The timings for this are different to other ones in my area and I just made a mistake by a few minutes.

Is there anything I can do to appeal please?!

Hi there,

My vehicle was parked in a parking bay on Hermit Road just off Barking Road, Newham.

There was no sign on the section I parked in (it looks like it has been forcibly removed, please see images) but there was one further down (please see images)

Since there was no sign close by in that pay I could refer to, I parked my car there. Is this enough grounds for an appeal?

Otherwise, the PCN states I was parked from 11.36-11.46 - but the signage (30 min) on the other section says I could park for 30 min. However, I'm not sure if this needed to be paid or unpaid.

Please advise on what grounds I could appeal please.

hi there,

I got a statutory declaration and sent it across to TEC but they've sent it back saying

'PCN XXXX has not been registered with TEC so we cannot help you. The Local / Charging Authorities send us files to register penalty charges. A PCN will only show on our system if the file has been successfully processed. Please contact the Local Authority concerned regarding the penalty charge.

I've tried googling but where can I check whether the PCN has been registered please?

Hi there,  ???

I got a PCN in Newham which I appealed.

Apparently, my appeal was rejected as I now have a charge certificate for three times the cost of the original PCN.

I did not receive the rejection letter....

Is there anything I can do at this stage?
