Hi there,
I have received a NTK due to overstay parking at gatwick McDonald’s.
I was not the driver and the allowed time it’s 60min, driver stayed 78min.
Driver also mentioned that he did not seen the signs with the allowed time to park.
Do I have any options to appeal this charge?
