I've had a ticket with Lewisham council parking at Halesworth Road. I paid for parking at 11:03 but the ticket was issued at 11:01 by point was that there were issues with the system, I did not see the parking inspector at the time and I had paid for parking.
I took this to tribunal, but at the time they needed consent from me as the vehicle belonged to my brother, I had sent evidence to London tribunal, they claim I haven't I called up to confirm I have and resubmitted the evidence and they've reinvestigated case.
the decision was then made on 2nd may but I have yet to hear the outcome, I called up and they've told me I needed to wait for a letter.
Today I find a letter in the post from Lewisham Council stating they're looking to recover the fees - it appears London Tribunal have not informed them of the case being reopened.
I am worried about having to pay these fees when I shouldn't because its still under investigation but also, I've paid for my parking therefore should not have suffered a pcn.
Unable to find the original PCN letter has its lost somewhere with the other plethora of parking tickets.
