Hi,

Received first of the debt letter from a company called Debt Recovery Plus. Shall I ignore or settle? I mean would I end up paying more further down the line, do I have any leg to stand on?

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. I have been advised to post here.

We received a PCN from Euro parks (pics below)

We appealed as the registered keeper stating blue badge was used.

We received the rejection letter which ended up in Spam so we missed the popla appeal.

we appealed again informing them this but they sent another rejection.

Is there anything to be done here or do we need to pay the increased fee now?
