Hi,My first question is there a minimum time the traffic warden has to observe before giving you a ticket? On the ticket issues, he put observed from 11:21am - 11:21amMy second question is, I got a parking ticket for parking in a bay that has a restriction between 11am - 12pm. Where I parked was by a sign with a 9am - 5:30pm pay by phone. I didn't see the lines in the road and got out and went to the nearest sign and paid for a ticket.So I paid for a ticket not knowing I was in a different parking restriction to the parking sign that was right by my car. In the photo is the sign that I went to by my blue car. Is there anything I can appeal apart from appealing to their good nature?Thanks [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
