*- we recommend that the RK checks the PCN status online, say every 10 days starting in early December and when the charge increases to £115 come back here, or when they receive an Order for Recovery, whichever is the sooner.
The very earliest day on which the debt can be registered, generating an OfR, is 27th November.
So HCA's estimate of December is realistic.

The one thing I notice is that the video doesn't show you passing the sign; it's black at that point.

I can't imagine how they will prove a contravention; unless this is the one time still pics outweigh the video.

I think I've seen the video on the Facebook page. The camera is zoomed in so that when your father stops it doesn't show how far the bus is in front of him or whether it's fully stationary.

It's possible, maybe even likely, an offence was committed but there's no actual evidence on their video.
+!
But perhaps a better way to say it that no stationary vehicles are in evidence, i.e. none can be seen.

Hello Hippocrates, you helped me to appeal to the council regarding the very same issue. I have received a reply from Havering Council.

To recap, the car swung into the bus lane as I entered the A1306 from the A13. Wen I realised it was a bus lane I moved over. How do I attach their reply?
Better to post in your own thread rather than hijacking this one.

They clamped my car, but i have sent legal document showing I do not own the vehicle.
You said "my car" and then that you don't own it? Please explain.

Hopefully my photo of the pcn will be attached.
You've obscured your VRM - why?

We can't look at photos for ourselves.

But if you have actually received a PCN then you've missed out many questions that may help you fight your case.

So, if you have one the best thing to do is to read >>

We still don't know how you sent the TEforms? Post or e-mail?

For the other two PCNs you will need PEforms and they need swearing/witnessing.

Haven't managed to scan it as of yet. I'll ensure to do it this evening or by tomorrow at the latest.

You can just take pics on a mobile phone?
We don't even know if you've registered an appeal yet?

Just flagging ths up for members who missed  it?
Last week I spoke with the council and submitted te7/te9 and pe2/pe3 forms

Left this a couple of days ago as OP had not posted any documents, despite requests and promises.

Now just daft questions.

Shouldn't have bothered looking again! :o

Just talking solely about the OfR and Stat Dec. >

The deadline you are working to, i.e. on the OfR. is probably incorrect.
Only TEC can tell you the true deadline --- so pick up the phone and find out. It will probablyput your mind at rest.

You've left your personal details in the image.

Your address is scrawled and the postcode undecipherable. Print it in block capitals, clearly

Who do you intend to send that to? I'm confused.

This is an old thread that's been bumped, the OP was in time to appeal when they posted 2 months ago.
Thanks, I see that now.
