Free Traffic Legal Advice

Hi so unfortunately  I have been busted twice recently my first flash letter is offering  me a speeding course (I have 28 days to respond) im wondering if there is some possibility of being offered another speeding course for the second flash?  Maybe if I got on this first letter I have until they have also offered me a another speed awareness course on the second ?
Worth a try i think you never no it might go through?
Has this situation  ever happened to anyone else ?
