I received a PCM for a 52M. The van was a rental.
Date of contravention - 15 June
Letter dated - 30 July
Does this count as over the time limit for notifying me?

I recently received two Section 172s. Both are for going 57 in a 50.
The van was a rental.
The first offence was on 3 June and the letter is dated 30 July.
The second offence was on 4 June and the letter is dated 4 August.
Does this count as over the time limit? Do I need to provide my details before anything else?
