Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) / Redbridge Council - PCN Code 24 (Not Within Markings) - Warden tresspassed while collecting evidence?

Would appreciate some advice on this annoying ticket.
Long story short, I haven't been able to use my own driveway for the last year due to subsidence monitoring. I usually park outside in the resident's bay and overhang the marking by a foot or two to maximise space for neighbours. I've never had a problem with this before and seen wardens just walk past the car.
Anyway, my luck ran out and I was ticketed last week. However, my driveway CCTV picked up the warden trespassing while taking photos.
While trespassing itself isn't a crime, could generating revenue while trespassing invalidate the PCN?
