Hi all,

Received a PCN due to what I pressume is parking where the overhang of my car was past the dropped kerb. The wheels were within the dropped kerb. In addition, even if I reversed a further 30cm the overhang of my car would still have sat just past the dropped kerb. Looking for advice on how to appeal and what the likelihood of success is.

Ironically can see the car parked in google street view parked exactly how my car was parked!! (See attached photo)



Key things to be aware of:

  • The overhang would have still allowed the owner of the property to comfortably enter there drive
  • The violoation was right near a train statition so feels like someone being overly harsh
