Welcome to FTLA.

For meaningful advice please to have a read of

https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/.

and post up here a brief account of the circumstances with copies (not transcripts) of

both sides of the unredacted PCN,
any council photos/video,
and
a GSV link to the location.

and the experts here will do their best to see if there is a reason for cancellation.

Title: Incorrect Vehicle make on PCN

Hello! Apologies if this has been asked before. Today received a parking charge issued by Leamington Spa council, genuine mistake, parked on the road where I thought I had 2 hours of free parking, turns out that wasn’t the case.
Anyway, I notice on the PCN that they have written an incorrect Vehicle manufacturer, Honda instead of Hyundai. The Reg is correct, but could I use this as a technicality to dispute?
