I haven't won anything though - and now have until 10th June to either challenge it or pay at the reduced rate.

The PCN has now been reset, so I have to decide what case I have for this – as in, driving straight into a 'no car zone' without realising the restrictions had changed. 🙄

Firstly, I never received the original PCN. 🙄

Secondly, car crossed from one end to the other, going over Stamford Street and into Cornwall Street (https://www.google.com/maps/@51.5055864,-0.1107844,17z?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDIxOC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) looking to park – never saw the restriction signs.

I know there's a procedure for resetting the time, but can someone remind me please? 🤔
