Doing a quick look at other nearby bays, Enfield are using the same location for all the local on-street parking bays, regardless of what road it's on.

For example: Green Street (https://maps.app.goo.gl/xdge3XR7DqHALbSm8) and Hertford Road (https://maps.app.goo.gl/RLyV8WS5Z55FX8MJ8)..

Hi,

A PCN was issued at this location, but payment for parking had already been made. The booking process was slightly delayed as internet was slow on the phone, but as shown below, the confirmation receipt indicates that payment was completed at 12:19.

Since the PCN was also issued at 12:19 (although it shows observation from 12:17 to 12:19), would it be sufficient to submit an appeal with the payment receipt, or should any additional explanation or evidence be included?
