Title: Re: No Government Gateway account?

Using the MCOL service is not mandatory.

If you either couldn't create a government gateway account, or were unwilling to take the steps required to create one, then you could conduct all correspondence by post.

Documents can also be sent via email, but due to repeated issues we have seen with documents sent by email not being received by the central CNBC mailboxes, we generally advise against submitting AoS and defences by email.
Title: No Government Gateway account?

Just curious.

I used to have a Government Gateway account (or whatever they call it these days) but it was deleted for some reason.  I think I hadn't used it for three years or something.

I can't recreate an account because I don't possess any of the items the Government regards as valid to prove who I am - oddly enough, the Government don't seem to have any problem garnishing over £1k a month from my salary so I guess deep down they really do know who I am.

My driving licence is an old school paper version and I don't have any form of photo id.

If I were to receive an MCOL claim form, what are my options given that I can't reply to it online?

Thanks in advance.
