The video evidence does not support the alleged contravention because it does not show any upright signage.  Please cancel.

Title: Southwark, 34j bus lane, Lordship Lane Overhill Road
Post by: kas1101 on February 19, 2026, 02:31:09 pm
I was heading southbound on Lordship Lane and entered the bus lane for about 2 car lengths before turning left into Overhill Road. No vehicle in the bus lane was obstructed, and I wasn't overtaking anyone who had indicated they were turning left in front. Traffic had been blocked from a traffic light c.200-300m down the road.

I was planning to appeal on de minimis grounds and also question on camera certification

I struggled to understand what the broader Southwark pcn issues have been in 2025 and whether this still applies, and would appreciate all your help.

Many thanks!
Kas
